This notice explains what information DMR may receive, why it is used and the choices available to people who contact the business.

Who controls your information
DMR Consultancy, operated by Dalan Rustemoglu, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to info@dmrconsultancy.com.
Information DMR may collect
When you contact DMR, the information received may include your name, email address, telephone number, property postcode, installer or supplier, project value, dates, product details, case description, documents, photographs and correspondence. Please remove information that is not needed for the enquiry.
How the information is used
Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, provide quotations, agree instructions, deliver consultancy services, communicate with clients, keep appropriate business records and protect legal rights. The usual legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests and legal obligations.
Website enquiries
The website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiry details are processed through Netlify Forms and made available to DMR for review. Form notifications may also be sent to the business inbox. The website form does not accept document uploads. If more material is required, DMR will confirm what is needed and agree how to provide it separately.
Please keep bank details, identity documents, medical information and unrelated personal information out of the enquiry form.
Sharing information
Information is shared only where reasonably necessary with website and email providers, professional advisers, legal representatives, authorities or other parties involved in an instruction. Service providers may process information in other countries and appropriate safeguards should be used where required.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, provide the instructed service, maintain business records and meet relevant legal, regulatory or accounting requirements. Unnecessary information should be deleted securely.
Website services and optional advertising measurement
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a background image from Unsplash. These services may receive technical information such as an IP address and browser details when their files are requested.
If you choose “Accept optional” in the website cookie notice, DMR loads the Google Ads measurement tag, which can store identifiers such as advertising click cookies and send technical visit and conversion information to Google to help DMR understand whether advertising results in an enquiry. DMR does not intentionally send your submitted form contents, name, email address or postcode through this measurement event. Advertising measurement remains off when you reject optional cookies. The choice can be changed at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
