How much does an inspection or technical report cost?
Site inspections: Starting from £450 + VAT. Formal technical reports: Starting from £875 + VAT. The number of products, documents, location and required output affect the final quotation.
Which areas do you cover?
On-site inspections are advertised across London, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire. Document reviews can be completed nationwide where a physical visit is not required.
What should I provide with my enquiry?
Start with a short description, postcode, installer or supplier, approximate dates and the number of products. Relevant quotations, contracts, photographs and complaint correspondence are helpful.
Does submitting the form commit me to a fee?
No. DMR first confirms whether the matter falls within scope and provides the proposed service and price. Paid work begins only after instruction.
Can DMR guarantee that I will receive a refund?
No. DMR provides technical assessment and evidence. The response and outcome depend on the individual contract, facts and decisions of other parties.
Can a report support a complaint?
Yes, where the agreed scope and evidence allow. A report can document findings for complaint correspondence and negotiation, but it does not determine legal rights or guarantee an outcome.
How quickly will DMR respond?
DMR aims to respond to initial enquiries within one working day. Inspection availability and reporting times are confirmed after the scope is understood.
Do you sell or install replacement windows?
No replacement products are sold as part of the consultancy instruction. The purpose is to assess the evidence and explain the technical findings.
