No. A site inspection is a separate service and is recommended only where the documents alone are not sufficient.
Does it include a formal technical report?
No. The review may recommend a report, but the scope and fee would be agreed separately.
Does it guarantee that my complaint will succeed?
No. DMR assesses the available evidence and cannot guarantee how another party will respond or what outcome will be reached.
