No. DMR Consultancy is independent and does not act as the installer, retailer or manufacturer.
Can your report be used in a dispute?
Reports can support complaints, negotiation, ombudsman routes or solicitor-led action, depending on the scope agreed.
Can you guarantee I will win?
No. DMR can provide technical evidence and opinion, but cannot guarantee a legal, complaint or settlement outcome.
Who approves the final report?
No final report is issued without DMR review and approval.
What should I send?
